At LoweTides, each product is created with care and printed to order. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Made to Order Prints

All LoweTides prints are custom printed and made to order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once an order has been placed.

Please ensure all details including image selection, size, finish, and delivery information are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the damaged or faulty item

- A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

LoweTides is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Courier service disruptions

- Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

- Colour & Image Variations

Please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and the printing process

Image cropping may vary depending on the selected print size

These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as faults.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
